Need-to-Know: Timelines & Returns

We believe in clarity, especially when it comes to custom pieces.

Our bespoke jewelry typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. We’ll keep you in the loop at every stage; from design approvals to dispatch.

And while we do offer a 30-day return policy on many of our ready-to-wear pieces, custom and personalized jewelry (including engraved or eternity bands) are not eligible for return; for obvious reasons. Once a piece has been tailored to your specifications, it’s uniquely yours.

Also, please ensure the original Uniglo Jewels tag remains intact on all returns. If the tag is removed, we won’t be able to process the refund.
