Because at Uniglo, we don’t just sell sparkle; we ensure it fits seamlessly into your story.

At Uniglo, our resizing policy is rooted in the belief that beauty deserves comfort and longevity.

What You Need to Know About Our Free Resizing

Here’s how our service works:

  • Eligibility: Most rings purchased directly from Uniglo; non-custom, non-eternity bands remain eligible.
  • Time Frame: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a resize at no cost.
  • Tag Status: Your ring must still have its original Uniglo tag attached. Removing it may void the free resizing policy.
  • Condition: The piece must be in original, unworn condition; no visible damage or signs of wear.

If it’s a custom-designed piece, engraved band, or an eternity ring, these fall outside this policy. Eternity bands, in particular, can’t be resized due to their continuous stone settings. We ask you to confirm sizing before purchase, since resizing isn’t possible afterward.

Once you send the ring back to us, we handle it with artisan care and return it in flawless form; usually within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Ship the Ring: Use our prepaid return label (for EU customers; other regions may have nominal shipping fees).
  • Resizing & QC: Our jewellers handle the resize, polish, and inspect. Each piece goes through quality checks before going back to you.
  • Delivery Back to You: Expect your perfectly fitting ring in 5–7 days.
